Today, the planet Mars is at the heart of exciting research and the focus of several space programs. In this odyssey melding art and science, your trip to Mars from a fictional base atop Mount Olympus will demonstrate humanity’s passion and boundless curiosity for exploration. Let yourself be whisked away on a journey created by Cirque Éloize where science meets an imaginary vision of a not-too-distant world.
Rouge 2100 offers a journey in 5 chapters and as many rooms, where we realistically imagine the first steps of a rare humans in 2100 on the fascinating red planet. A fantastic world that also questions the place of humans in our universe and the fragile balance that must be maintained if all species are to prosper.
Guided by the artificial intelligence Felicity 87, travelers leave Earth for Mars to discover different aspects of life on this planet. How could we live on Mars? How is gravity different from Earth? What are the sources of energy supply and the characteristics of a spacesuit for walking safely on the planet’s surface? These are just some of the questions the expedition will answer.

In our latest immersive experience, we take participants on an extraordinary journey from Earth to Mars. This experience is designed to ignite the imagination and convey the wonders of space travel. By utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative design, we aim to transport our audience to the vast and mysterious expanse of space, offering a unique perspective on what it might be like to journey to another planet.
The first room of this exposition, we where asked to created a mesmerizing space travel simulation. The content, projected onto a large sphere, immerses visitors in a realistic journey from Earth to Mars. One significant challenge was implementing the spherical projection, requiring meticulous planning and advanced technical solutions to ensure seamless, high-quality visuals on a curved surface.
Despite these challenges, we successfully conveyed the excitement and possibilities of space travel. Our goal was to inspire a sense of wonder and curiosity about space exploration, and judging by the reactions of our visitors, we have achieved just that.
In room 2, the adventure continues with a drone tour around Mars, its moons, and Olympus Mons. The content is projected onto a dome, creating an enveloping environment that gives participants a sense of flying through Mars’ landscape. The main challenge here was to project on a curved surface and give maximum depth to the experience. By leveraging advanced projection technology and careful design, we were able to create a deeply immersive environment that captivates the audience and conveys the vastness and beauty of the Martian terrain.
Finally, room 3 invites participants to explore a surreal vision of life on Mars. This room presents a highly immersive experience with huge resolution projections that depict imaginative scenarios of what life on Mars could be like, prompting visitors to reflect on the future and the past. The challenge here was achieving the high resolution and maintaining the immersivity of the experience. Through innovative techniques and meticulous attention to detail, we created a thought-provoking and visually stunning environment that questions our future possibilities and historical context in space exploration.
